The Central Highlands 2022 Community Plan was developed with extensive community engagement. It’s a region-wide plan with outcomes and goals and giving 13 place community plans that list the priorities for each of our unique communities.
This Plan provides a long term ‘road map’ setting out the aspirations of the Central Highlands communities and the steps they will take to achieve their vision.
The Corporate Plan is our commitment to deliver a number of actions and strategies to ensure the region is socially, economically and environmentally sustainable. It will assist us to maintain focus as we prioritise identified projects and balance their delivery with available resources and other variables in our Operational Plans. View below or download.
The Operational Plan is the detail of the Corporate Plan. It shows which projects, services and activities are current for the financial year and the progress of each as at the end of each quarter (three month period).
