Adopted Planning Scheme Policies
The Central Highlands Regional Council has adopted six new Planning Scheme Policies. It is important to note, the proposed Planning Scheme Policies intend to only supplement the ‘Planning Scheme for Emerald Shire’.
The adopted Planning Scheme Policies will not apply to areas outside the former ‘Emerald Shire’. They do not apply to the former local government areas of the former ‘Bauhinia Shire’, former ‘Duaringa Shire’ and the former ‘Peak Down Shire’.
The adopted Planning Scheme Policies are:
- PlanningScheme Policy No. 1:- Legal Descriptions for Overlays in the Emerald Shire PlanningScheme 2007;
- Planning Scheme Policy No. 2:- Water Undertaking Headworks Contributions;
- Planning Scheme Policy No. 3:- Sewerage Undertaking Headworks Contributions;
- Planning Scheme Policy No. 4:- ParklandContributions;
- Planning Scheme Policy No. 5:- External Roadworks Contributions;
- Planning Scheme Policy No. 6:- Car Parking Contributions;
