Yoga and Mindfulness with Kelly from Little Gem Yoga.
Take time out of your day to slow down, connect with your body and breath, out in nature, joining like-minded members of the community. A good start for a healthy body, mind and soul.
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. All you need is a yoga mat, water, optional props such as blocks, a strap, cushion or bolster and plenty of enthusiasm.
High Intensity Interval Training – a total body, high intensity workout featuring a mixture of body weight and resistance movements to get the heart rate up, sweat pumping and calories burning!
Improve aerobic fitness, gain strength and have FUN at the same time!
Attendee’s should bring towel, hat, water bottle, fitness mat and booty band (if possible).
Style of yoga is Vinyasa yoga, inspired by movement to the breath and moments of stillness.
Easy to follow, assessable for everyone, class modified to suit individual needs. Creating a safe environment to escape from our busy lives to allow you the space to ‘just be’. To be healthier, happier, calmer, more peaceful.
Strength and flexibility (which you will gain) are a bonus. Yoga is not about performance but rather practice, on your mat and in your life. Confidence, awareness, joy, peace which can enlighten and brighten your whole life.

Full body workout targeting the core, hips and lower back. Using limited equipment (bodyweight, resistance bands and light weights) you will feel an all over body burn.
Low intensity. Modifications for all levels.
Interval-based training combining body weight exercises, weights and cardio bursts.
You will push your body to new limits with an element of surprise each session.
Moderate to high intensity. Modifications for all levels.
Suitable for all fitness levels – as the workouts are bodyweight it is simple to adjust the exercise to suit any restriction that you have.
Already pretty fit? No worries, there are plenty of progressions to ensure you have a challenging workout. Bring towel and water.
Start your weekend off with a smash! This class will outdoors and will be different every week. There will be a combination of cardio and resistance exercises to get you fitter and stronger.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.

Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits. For many, it continues as a lifetime journey.
