Community Plan
During the ‘Get Involved’ community engagement phase Council conducted the CH2022 Community Plan survey with residents and visitors from across the region. 796 completed surveys and outcome reports were compiled for the communities of Arcadia Valley, Bauhinia, Blackwater, Bluff, Capella, Comet, Dingo, Duaringa, Emerald, Gemfields, Rolleston, Springsure and Tieri.
Below are the survey outcome reports for the region and place communities with each report listing all the survey comments submitted by respondents.

Thematic framework & Analysis Methodology
A regional survey outcomes report was prepared for the Central Highlands Region based on the place responses. An independent analysis of the survey results was also undertaken by the Population Research Laboratory at CQ University.
