Community Grants & Loans Program
The aim of the Central Highlands Regional Council’s Community Grants & Loans Program is to provide assistance to local non-profit community groups/organisations who make positive contributions to the quality of life in the local government area to purchase, develop or maintain capital assets.
Applications may be submitted in the following categories to the maximum indicated:
Category | Maximum |
Community Assistance up to | $5 000 |
Sport and Recreation Assistance up to | $5 000 |
Community Assistance Loans | $20 000 |
Community Assistance and Sport and Recreation Assistance Grants are offered twice each year with applications closing:
- Round One - 5pm 28th February 2013
- Round Two - 5pm 31st August 2013
Community Assistance Loans can be made at any time thoughout the year, however applications will be called through advertisement in local newspapers, in February and August each year as part of the Community Assistance and Sport and Recreation Assistance Grants.
