Smart eDA Smart eDA

Central Highlands Regional Council offers developers a new, smarter way to handle their development applications.

Smart eDA is a State Government initiative supported by the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ) to provide an intuitive internet based service to prepare, lodge and process development applications. Smart eDA provides a preparation wizard to guide applicants through creating an application, which also includes tools to identify referral agencies applicable to your application. The applicant can lodge, refer, pay fees and send and receive all communication electronically using Smart eDA.

Smart eDA can be used for planning applications, operational works applications, and applications for Environmentally Relevant Activities.
