    for the purpose of agistment of livestock on Lots 153 TT297, 24 TT18, 15 RP620814 and 6 RP620813 off
    Walsh Street Capella.

    The agistment will be for a period of 3 years only. No extensions will be granted under the licence
    agreement.

  • Tender 2021T208C - Panel of Prequalified Suppliers for Reactive Maintenance and After-Hours Support

    Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a panel of Prequalified Suppliers to provide reactive electrical maintenance services including labour, materials, parts, equipment and supervision to carry out works on all of its water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, water pump stations, sewer pump stations and associated infrastructure. This may include after-hours and on-call support.

  • Tender 2021T197N - Manager Capella Aquatic Centre

     Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking formal proposals from suitably experienced and qualified companies for the management and operations of the Capella Aquatic Centre for an initial period of 3 years with the ability to extend for two additional periods of 3 years, i.e. 3 years + 3 years + 3 years. 

    This Council owned facility consists of a 50 metre 8 lane heated pool, a 12 metre children’s wading pool, a small water slide and pool, and a small water play area.  Buildings on site include the entrance with kiosk, reception and servery, kitchen, office, first aid and multi-purpose rooms, as well as amenities, plant room, small grandstand, and storage facilities. The centre also contains a modest gymnasium, squash court and a new children’s playground. All of these are serviced by a nearby car parking area.

  • TENDER 2021Q177C - Agistment for livestock - Lot 2 Amethyst Drive, Emerald

    Council is seeking expressions of interest for the temporary land use for the purpose of agistment of livestock on part of Lot 2 on RP619614.

    The agistment will be for three years only. No extensions will be granted under the licence agreement.

    Lot 2 is located on Amethyst Drive in Emerald being an area of  approximately 29 acres.

    The agistment will be limited to 10 head of cattle or five horses.

  • 2020E101C – Expression of Interest for Community Resilience: Solar Distributed Energy Resource

    Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) to supply a solar generation solution for multiple council-owned assets.

    Council is proposing to increase community resilience through having multiple solar assets throughout the region that increase localised energy generation.

    Part of the criteria for the EOI is that the respondent describes how a ‘no capital cost’ model can work for council and respondent.

    The EOI will demonstrate a pay-back period or range of pay-back options with a timeframe upon which ownership of infrastructure will transfer to council.

    It is important they read the conditions, specifications, project objectives and respondent submission form.

    EOI must be lodged vis LG Tenderbox. This requires that you register on the site to access the documents.

  • CLOSED: 2020E007C - Expressions of Interest for sale of 'Kingower' CLOSED

    Central Highlands Council is seeking offers for the purchase of surplus land located north of Emerald, described as Lot 11 on DSN867 with a two megalitre water allocation.

    The 39.97 ha property is located within the Community Facilities zone (Community Use).

    There are improvements on the site including a three-bedroom residence, workshop, sheds and tanks.

    Part of the criteria for the EOI is that the respondent must describe how the business or development proposed for the site will contribute to the local economy.

    It is important that you read the conditions, specifications and respondent submission form.

    EOI must be lodged via the LG Tenderbox. This requires that you register on the site to access the documents.

  • CLOSED: Expressions of Interest - Affordable Housing Emerald

    CH (Qld) Housing Company Limited (CHQHC) is seeking expressions of interest for letting of an eight unit complex at 41 Anakie Street, Emerald. The complex consists of one and two bedroom units each containing one bathroom and single car accommodation. The complex was purchased in February 2020.

    The EOI closing date is 31 August 2020.
